Objectives


This training course aims to provide the learner with the following knowledge:
- Evaluate and strengthen security practices within an organizational environment by applying foundational cybersecurity concepts, governance, risk management, controls and ethical principles.
- Integrate GRC planning; continuity and redundancy strategies; security awareness practices; and effectiveness measurement methods to improve an organization’s cybersecurity posture.
- Implement identity and access management (IAM) strategies that integrate identity life cycle management practices with logical access control models.
- Apply network security concepts, network architecture principles and cloud security models to assess organizational environments, identify security gaps and implement appropriate safeguards that strengthen overall system security.
- Develop an integrated cybersecurity readiness strategy that incorporates data security practices, security operations, incident response planning, asset protection strategies and security testing methods. Summarize the foundational concepts of information security principles.
