Project management experts are always in demand because companies want to ensure that their projects are executed successfully. The Project Management Professional , or PMP®, certification is administered by the Project Management Institute (PMI).

The PMP certification is highly respected because it validates the Project Management Professional’s skills across predictive, hybrid, and agile project approaches, and tests people skills in areas such as building teams, managing conflict, addressing challenges, and process skills. It also highlights technical aspects of project management such as managing risk, schedules, budgets, and assessing the business environment to make projects successful.

PMP proves ability in a specific set of skills and deep understanding of the subject matter. Regularly compared to the CPA designation for Accountants, PMP is the Project Managers' equivalent certification which confirms and affirms professionalism and competence in the knowledge needed to successfully manage projects - and is recognized around the world.

Throughout the training, you will be exposed to detailed concept explanations, real-world examples, and interactive knowledge checks to ensure your understanding of the materials.
